• Finality of Trades
  
  All crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto transactions on Asset Hub Exchange are final once executed. Due to on-chain settlement and network finality, we cannot reverse completed trades.

• 
  Error Corrections
  
  If a system error or exchange malfunction causes an incorrect balance or unintended trade, please contact [email protected] within 24 hours. Upon verification, we will correct your account balance or reimburse the shortage.

• 
  Order Cancellations

  • 
    Market Orders: Executed immediately—cannot be canceled.

  • 
    Limit Orders: May be canceled any time before execution via the “My Orders” dashboard.

• 
  Chargeback & Dispute Handling

  • 
    Fiat deposits via bank transfers or cards follow your bank’s dispute procedures. We will assist by providing transaction logs.

  • 
    Crypto deposit errors (wrong address) are irreversible—double-check all addresses before sending.

  Refund Requests
  
  Refund requests for non-executed deposits (e.g., duplicate fiat transfer) must be submitted within 7 days. We will refund net of any network or banking fees.
